Gothamcab.com was the website for the taxi service in Gotham, found after the company was mentioned offhandedly in the first issue of The Gotham Times.

Clicking on "Gotham City Rail destruction zone" brings up a map showing the damaged area in red. Two more maps were found on the server by varying the .jpg file numbers.

Voicemails

Upon calling the taxi service number (1-877-530-2227), an automatic message notes that all lines are busy, and then the caller is prompted to either leave a message or enter an administrator PIN number.

Punching in #6773 (Lt. Karl Breitup's badge number) will reveal an audio message:

Later on April 13, there was a hostage situation at Rossi's Deli where Mary Breitup was inexplicably killed. A second victim, Jonny Marinotti (who may be "Gotham Jonny"), is reportedly in critical condition.
